Embodied Birth Course:
In this 12 hour Childbirth Education Course we help to prepare moms and their partner for birth. We cover the following topics:

Course includes a gift certificate for a 60 minute prenatal massage, and two Auricular Therapy (ear seeding) sessions.
This course is 12 hours long 3 hours a class 1 day a week for 4 weeks $350.00 per couple.

Infant Massage Class:
Massage can be such a wonderful tool for bonding and connection with your baby. It helps parents learn baby's ques, as well as addressing issues like colic, and other digestive concerns like constipation. Infant massage helps baby with proprioception and learning this new world around them.

The Kitchen Herbal:
In this community class we explore the medicine in your kitchen cabinet in the form of herbs and spices. Learn what spices or herbs not only taste great but can help with immunity, which spice can make a poultice, which one can help with ear ache. There is a whole medicine cabinet in your kitchen!
Class is 90 minutes long. Come experience these amazing spices for yourself and leave with happy taste buds and recipes for home.

Herbal Preparation for Winter:
In this class we are preparing for cold and flu season with Fire Cider and Elderberry Syrup. Each preparation can be made in a variety of ways with various different ingredients. Come explore the possibilities, learn about the various herbal options and make your own unique blend for yourself and your family.
